Integrity House Chief Clinical Officer Eman Gibson, MBA, LCSW, LCADC, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies (NJAMHAA) as an At-Large Board Member. Her four-year term begins July 1, 2026, and runs through June 30, 2030.
Gibson’s election comes as Robert Budsock, President and CEO of Integrity House, concludes his 15-year tenure as an At-Large Board Member. Her service on the Board allows Integrity House to maintain representation on the NJAMHAA Board as the organization continues to advocate for and support community-based behavioral health providers throughout New Jersey.
As Chief Clinical Officer, Gibson oversees clinical services across Integrity House’s continuum of care, helping expand treatment and recovery support services while advancing integrated approaches to substance use disorder and mental health treatment.
Beyond her role at Integrity House, Gibson serves as Vice Chair of NJAMHAA’s Addiction Practice Group and Co-Chair of the New Jersey Department of Human Services’ Professional Advisory Committee. She has played a key role in advancing addiction treatment standards, integrated care and clinical excellence at both the state and national levels. In 2025, she was recognized with NJAMHAA’s Champion of Clinical & Operational Excellence Award for her leadership and contributions to the behavioral health field.
“Integrity House has valued its longstanding partnership with NJAMHAA and the important role the organization plays in advancing behavioral health policy and advocacy throughout New Jersey,” said Robert Budsock, President and CEO of Integrity House. “Eman’s election to the Board reflects her deep knowledge of the field, her dedication to quality care and her ability to bring providers together around shared challenges and solutions. We are proud to see her take on this leadership role and continue representing the perspectives of community-based treatment providers across the state.”
“It is an honor to serve on the NJAMHAA Board of Directors and to deepen my involvement with the organization,” said Gibson. “Throughout my career, I have seen the importance of collaboration among providers, policymakers and advocates in addressing the complex challenges facing behavioral health care. I look forward to working alongside my fellow board members to continue to support NJAMHAA’s mission and advance solutions that improve care and outcomes for individuals and families across New Jersey.”
As an At-Large Board Member, Gibson will help guide NJAMHAA’s efforts to strengthen New Jersey’s behavioral health system and advocate for policies that expand access to high-quality mental health and addiction treatment services.
