- Complete a brief inquiry form and be connected to the appropriate level of care ->Residential Admissions, Outpatient Admissions
For Referral Sources:
- Contact our admissions team directly for expedited coordination
- Provide basic clinical and demographic information
- Our team will manage next steps, including placement and follow-up
