Integrity House is proud to announce the expansion of its Senior Leadership Team with the promotion of three respected professionals: Georges Mombrun, Jenna Marcella, and Katie (Tracey) Kena. Each brings extensive experience, innovation, and a strong commitment to Integrity House’s mission, strengthening its impact across New Jersey communities.
Senior Director Georges Mombrun, LCSW, LCADC, ACS: A longstanding contributor since 2013, Georges Mombrun has been integral to several agency initiatives and programs. Georges currently provides leadership for Integrity House’s services at the Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and the agency’s licensed substance use disorder treatment program at the Hudson County Correctional and Rehabilitation Center. George also oversees Integrity House’s student internship program and chairs Integrity House’s Inclusion, Diversity, Access, and Equity (IDEA) committee.
Georges is certified in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). He is also a SAMHSA-certified trauma trainer for criminal justice professionals. Georges has been a proactive leader, tripling Integrity House’s capacity at the Hudson County facility and the pipeline of high quality treatment professionals at the agency. Georges is spearheading Integrity House’s forthcoming launch of Bergen County’s first Harm Reduction Center, underscoring his dedication to community-focused, inclusive care.
Senior Director of Program Operations Jenna Marcella, LCSW, LCADC: Beginning as an intern in 2013, Jenna Marcella has steadily risen within Integrity House, demonstrating expertise in residential and clinical care. A Fordham University Master of Social Work graduate, Jenna has advanced the organization’s trauma-informed therapeutic community model, optimizing clinical outcomes across residential programs.
Outside of her clinical oversight, Jenna has also served as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance & Corporate Compliance prior to transitioning back to treatment services in the summer of 2023. Jenna holds several competency-based clinical certifications including MI, CBT, and EMDR. Jenna is intimately familiar with the therapeutic community model and ensures the sound application of this model in today’s evolving landscape. Jenna has over a decade of work experience working with adults, adolescents, and families impacted by a variety of mental health issues (i.e. substance use disorders, complex trauma, abuse, life transition, mood disorders, and eating disorders).
Now overseeing facilities in Secaucus and Integrity House’s largest residential program, Jenna also plays an influential role on Hudson County’s Professional Advisory Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (PACADA) and in NJAMHAA’s Residential Providers Practice Group. Her new role strengthens Integrity House’s residential services, expanding its ability to provide impactful, compassionate care.
Project Director Katie (Tracy) Kena, LCSW: Joining Integrity House in 2020 as Project Director for the agency’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Katie Kena has successfully led initiatives to enhance mental health services, with a focus on trauma-informed care and outreach to marginalized populations. Under her leadership, Integrity House has expanded its offerings with specialized programs, including enhanced support for the LGBTQ community and Contingency Management services.
Katie holds a Master in Social Work degree from Rutgers University and certifications in EMDR, DBT, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the New Jersey Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, and the Essex County Opioid Fatality Review Team. Katie is a tenured clinician in the field, having successfully launched and managed many mental health programs, including initial demonstration CCBHCs. As a result of Katie’s knowledge of the CCBHC model, she was sought out to serve as an Advisory Board Member for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, CCBHC-Expansion Grantee National Training & Technical Assistance Center.
Katie’s expanded role will drive Integrity House’s efforts to broaden licensed mental health programs.
Integrity House President and CEO, Robert J. Budsock, expressed enthusiasm about the additions to the Senior Leadership Team, saying, “We are thrilled to welcome Georges, Jenna, and Katie to our leadership. Their experience, dedication, and vision are invaluable as we enhance our services and reach. They will play a pivotal role in helping us build resilient, healthy communities.”
Chief Clinical Officer Eman Gibson, added, “These promotions strengthen Integrity House’s commitment to responsive, compassionate care for those facing substance use, mental health, and trauma challenges. The new SLT members embody Integrity House’s mission, bringing expertise that will undoubtedly benefit the communities we serve.”
