ading gubernatorial candidate in New Jersey attended a round table at Integrity House on January 12. Hosted by the New Jersey Association of Mental Health Addiction Agencies (NJAMHAA), the round table was held to discuss the current system of behavioral health services throughout the state. This meeting also served to examine strategies to combat the state’s deepening opiate epidemic.
Mr. Murphy had the opportunity to meet with a handful of Integrity House residents, hear their stories firsthand and discuss the growing crisis. He also had the opportunity to speak to members of Integrity House and NJAMHAA to discuss policy plans for behavioral healthcare moving forward.
