Integrity House is proud to announce that Nickolas D. Carros, DSW, LCSW, Chairperson of the Integrity House Board of Trustees, has been named a recipient of NJBIZ’s inaugural Board Leadership Award.
Launched in 2026, the NJBIZ Board Leadership Awards recognize outstanding board members whose leadership, governance and commitment have made a meaningful impact on their organizations and communities. Carros was recognized among a distinguished group of leaders from across New Jersey for his service and contributions as Chairperson of the Integrity House Board of Trustees.
As Chairperson, Carros works closely with Integrity House’s leadership team and Board of Trustees to help shape the organization’s long-term vision and strategic priorities. His guidance has supported Integrity House’s continued growth and its efforts to expand access to comprehensive substance use disorder and mental health services while remaining focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered care throughout New Jersey.
A respected behavioral healthcare leader, Carros brings decades of experience in clinical leadership, healthcare strategy and integrated care to his role at Integrity House. His expertise and commitment to innovation have helped support the organization’s continued evolution while reinforcing its mission of providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges.
