Supporting addiction treatment and mental health services is now more important than ever. But why?

According to the CDC, in June 2020, adults across the country reported increased levels of anxiety and depression as well as increased substance use. The pandemic’s impact on people battling an addiction is even more grave. A National Institutes of Health study confirms that people with a recent substance use disorder (SUD) diagnosis are more likely to develop COVID-19. Even more concerning, people with SUD are more likely to experience the more dire consequences of COVID-19 like hospitalization and death.

Despite this grim reality, there is hope. We can collectively work together to connect more people with the high-quality treatment and recovery services they need to become Resilient for Recovery. At Integrity House, this includes critical services like clinical counseling, industry-recognized best practices like medication-assisted treatment, and equally important, a community of people that deeply care.

Don’t forget! With your donation, you’ll receive a limited-edition “Resilient” T-shirt that you can proudly wear throughout 2021! Monthly gifts of $25 and one-time contributions of $250 or more are eligible.
