The Clinical Care Manager will oversee the daily operations of the MAT program under the guidance of the Project Director/Nurse Educator. The Clinical Care Manager will work with Admissions, Medical, and all Clinical Departments to ensure effective coordination of care. S/He will help develop and deliver a client-centered and goal-driven curriculum, develop referral and intake procedures, and lead weekly support groups, which provide a space for clients to discuss relational aspects of MAT, including, but not limited to stigma and misconceptions around MAT.
Job qualifications include:
- Master’s degree social services
- LAC, LSW or LCADC
- Significant knowledge of substance use disorder and relevant interventions related to peer support and wellness models
- Flexibility, teamwork and commitment to the mission of Integrity House
