ANCHOR

ANCHOR is an outpatient aftercare program projected to serve 30-40 male clients annually. ANCHOR stands for Accepting, Nurturing, Circle, Honesty, Openness, Recovery. ANCHOR designed for male clients. 

ANCHOR, the Aftercare phase or Late Re-entry, begins after the inmate is released on parole or maxes out.  Aftercare is made part of the client’s parole conditions and thereby ensures a continued attachment to long-term treatment and an enhanced continuum of care for Essex County addict/ex-offenders.
