ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OUTPATIENT SERVICES

We are CARF accredited and are recognized nationwide and are experts in providing intensive residential and outpatient services to the community.  We seek an Assistant Director in our Newark Outpatient program with more than 100 clients. The incumbent is responsible for conducting outreach activities to identify programs that could benefit by referring clients to Integrity, achieving referrals, and providing group and individual counseling for clients with substance use disorders.

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to connect with referral agencies
  • In-depth knowledge of the causes and effects of drugs/alcohol and addiction on individuals and families
  • Understanding of crisis management
  • Understanding of addictions recovery
  • Capability in needs and risk assessment
  • Comprehension of case management and record keeping activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word.  Experience with EHR is a plus

 

Education & Certification

  • College degree, preferably in psychology, criminal justice or social work
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • CADC plus a minimum of five years experience in human services

We seek a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Department.  The position is responsible for preparing accounts payable weekly for approval by the Accounting Manager, then following through with the process to assure that vendors are paid accurately and timely.  As the incumbent becomes familiar with Integrity’s accounting processes, he/she may be assigned additional accounting-related tasks.

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable
  • Experience with  general ledger a plus
  • Experience with technology solutions a plus-e.g. scanning and EDI
  • Associates degree in accounting or finance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal and team-oriented skills

We are CARF accredited and are recognized nationwide as a leader in addiction services. We are seeking a Counselor Tech in our Secaucus location. This is an entry level job, with the potential to progress into a position in the counselor job structure.

Counselor Tech are responsible for overseeing random urine samples, transporting clients, bringing meals to program location and various additional tasks outlined by the program lead.

Work shifts available are as follows:

Long-Term Residential TC Program                                
Mon-Friday 2pm – 10pm

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency required and up to one years’ experience in a human social services environment.

  • Effective communication (verbal, written and listening) skills and fluency of English language.
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with integrity’s clients and co-workers, and have the capability to exercise rational judgment in an emergency and have knowledge
  • Bi-lingual Spanish (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • A valid NJ driver’s license is a plus
  • Knowledge of therapeutic community is plus

The incumbent is responsible for providing group and individual case management for student-members with substance abuse and/or behavioral problems in a Therapeutic Community setting.  Other responsibilities include representing Integrity’s multidisciplinary treatment team’s clinical opinion in court hearings for student members, in multi-agency team meetings, and other external meetings as required.

 

Requirements

  • CADC, LAC, LSW
  • Undergraduate Degree in Human/ Social Services or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in human services fieldwork
  • In-depth knowledge of the causes and effects of drugs/alcohol and addiction on individuals and families.

Your Entry Level Opportunity to Addictions Treatment

 

 

Since 1968, Integrity House has provided comprehensive and successful rehabilitation services for individuals with substance use disorders.  Integrity House is CARF accredited and recognized nationwide as a leader in addiction services.  Integrity has been awarded a grant through September 2015 to provide subsidized supportive housing to people with addictions.  These subsidies will ensure that clients can remain enrolled in an independent living situation and continue to receive recovery assistance to be able to control their addiction.  Housing Case Managers will be eligible to receive clinical supervision towards earning their CADC.

 

These positions are responsible for facilitating services to clients enrolled in supportive housing programs to help them achieve independent living including:

  • Assessing, evaluating, providing and documenting using the Housing First model
  • Documenting in electronic health records recovery plans reflecting SAMHSA’s 8 Wellness Dimensions, initial enrollment surveys, service termination surveys and case management sessions on all clients
  • Utilizing Motivational Interviewing in the delivery of case management sessions in the client’s residence (2 hours per week to each caseload client)
  • Maintain a caseload of 12 clients with various types of behavioral health needs
  • Utilize community resources such as B.L.E.S.S.E.D. ministries, DVR, JVS, and DMHAS career services to assist clients to obtain sustaining employment

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human services related field
  • Driver’s license
  • Previous experience optional – we will train you

This is an entry level job, with the potential to progress into a position in the counselor job structure.

Facility Coordinators are responsible for maintaining a safe living environment in the facility through regular head counts, runs of the building and grounds, constant alertness of student member activities, adherence to a daily schedule, and documentation of facility incidents.

Work shifts available are as follows:

TC Program
Friday & Saturday 11pm -11am
Mon- Fri 6pm – 11pm

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency required and up to one years’ experience in a human social services environment.

  • Customer service or security officer function preferred.
  • Effective communication (verbal, written and listening) skills and fluency of English language.
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with Integrity’s clients and co-workers, and have the capability to exercise rational judgment in an emergency and have knowledge
  • Bi-lingual Spanish (preferred but not required)
